September 7th, Blossom Ridge Classic Car Show: Join us from 1-3PM on September 7th for a classic car show! Open to the public, come enjoy lunch and vote on the best car in show. RSVP here.
September 8-10th, Arts & Apples Festival: The annual Art & Apples Festival is the primary fundraiser for Paint Creek Center for the Arts. The festival boasts 200+ fine artists, stage performances all weekend long, over fifteen food trucks and tents, free Kids Art Zone and live art demonstrations in the Creation Station. Find out more!
September 9th, Pawsitive Stretch Puppy Yoga: Students will participate in a lighthearted 45-minute yoga class at the Red Lotus while puppies run, snuggle, and play. After class, students will get 15 minutes of playtime with the puppies, photo ops, and the ability to adopt a puppy! Sign Up Here.
Lake Orion
September 14, 21, 28th, Studio Painting with Acrylics: Students will work on individual paintings with the advice of an instructor. This class is for those with some painting experience, not extensive, just the basics. Register for class here.
September 29th, Back to School Movie Night: Back to School Movie Night will be held in the Children’s Park at 7:30pm on Friday, September 29th.The movie will begin at dusk.! Bring your chairs and blankets and get cozy! Your Food Dude will be there with their food truck. This year we will be showing Super Mario Bros: A Brooklyn Plumber named Mario, travels through the Mushroom Kingdom with a Princess named Peach and an Anthropomorphic Mushroom named Toad to find Mario’s Brother, Luigi, and to save the world from a ruthless fire breathing Koopa named Bowser. September 9-10th, Cider & Donuts Fest: Set your taste buds for fall with the annual Donut & Cider Fest in Canterbury Village! Featuring Michigan-made items, Michigan hard ciders, and various food options including fresh homemade donuts and cider from Yates Cider Mill. September 2-24th, The Friends Experience: Explore set recreations like Joey and Chandler’s apartment, Monica and Rachel’s kitchen, and Central Perk at Great Lakes Crossing! All ages are welcome. Guests 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. More information here!
